Alfred J. kwak - Veiligheid & gezondheid 3 (lit: Alfred J. Kwak - Safety & health 3) is a DVD that was released in 11 October 2007 as part of the second wave of DVDs of the Alfred J. Kwak - Jouw vriend voor het leven series. It contains episodes 22, 23, 24 and 25 of the animated series. This is the only DVD of this series to feature 4 episodes instead of 3. The DVD features no subtitles, no alternative audio tracks and no special features. It was also sold together in the 3 DVD collection set Veiligheid & gezondheid - 3 DVD BOX.
After finishing the cover artwork for all the DVDs on February 20th 2006, Harald Siepermann was asked to change the cover for this DVD as it depicted Alfred Jodocus Kwak mockingly throwing a Nazi salute with a fake toothbrush moustache in March.[1][2]

Dolf plans to establish a political party to change a number of things in Groot-Waterland. To keep the campaign running, Dolf needs money, but Alfred refuses to help him. When Dolf accidentally inherits a fortune, he can carry out his plans and many people seem to join his party...
De slag om Polderstad
Rupie, Rangpang (assistenten van de koning) en Alfred worden door de Nationale Kraaienpartij van Dolf in de gevangenis gegooid. Met hulp van Henk, Ollie en Igor weten ze te ontsnappen. Ze besluiten onder te duiken in buurland Breed-Rietland tot de situatie onder controle is...
Rupie, Rangpang (assistants of the king), and Alfred are thrown into prison by Dolf’s National Crow Party. With help from Henk, en Igor, they manage to escape. They decide to hide in the neighboring country of Breed-Rietland until the situation is under control...
Het plan
Wanneer de koning wordt afgezet door Dolf en zijn partij, vlucht ook hij naar Breed-Rietland en voegt hij zich bij de anderen. De beste manier om Dolf's macht te verminderen, is het wegkapen van zijn rijkdom. Alfred en Rangpang bieden aan om stiekem naar Groot-Waterland te gaan om hier voor te zorgen...
When the king is deposed by Dolf and his party, he also flees to Breed-Rietland and joins the others. The best way to weaken Dolf’s power is to take away his wealth. Alfred and Rangpang offer to secretly go to Groot-Waterland to take care of this...
De bevrijding
Het plan lijkt in het water te vallen wanneer Alfred en Rangpang geen toegang krijgen tot het Koninklijk Paleis – het hoofdkwartier van de Nationale Kraaienpartij. Lukt het Alfred om Dolf weg te krijgen uit het Paleis, zodat de koning zijn plaats weer in kan nemen?
The plan seems to fail when Alfred and Rangpang cannot gain access to the Royal Palace—the headquarters of the National Crow Party. Will Alfred manage to remove Dolf from the palace so the king can take his place again?
Errata
- The DVD itself erroneously says 70 minutes as it does with all other DVD's, but since this DVD contains 4 episodes, the minute count should also be higher. Calculating at 23 minutes per episodes the amount of minutes should be 92.
- While it says stereo on the back of all of the DVDs, the audio is in fact mono.
- The blurb for episode 23 names Jonkheer Poen van Kalekoen by his English name, namely "Chamberlain Rupee".
- In the blurb for episode 24 Ollie de Ooievaar is erroneously also named as rescuing Alfred and the other prisoners, but Ollie was one of the prisoners themself.
