This template is for internal use. Use the following code to easily cite books:

<ref>{{CiteBook|<insert code here>}}'</ref> or (if it's a big page and you're continually referencing this) <ref name="<insert code here>">{{CiteBook|<insert code here>}}'</ref>

If you want to reference certain pages (and please do if you can), do it like this:

<ref>{{CiteBook|CCD}} ''Page 5''</ref>
