Charley is a fictional character that is briefly mentioned in the book De Droom van Alfred Jodocus Kwak. He is the son of Bella Buldog and Marcel and has three other brothers. The family lives in Polderstad-Noord and takes in Charley's grandfather Meester Bas Buldog after he had retired.[1][2]

Storyline
Charley is the son of Bella Buldog and Marcel. As Marcel is usually out on his job as a sea captain, Charley and his three brothers are mostly raised by Bella in Polderstad-Noord. When the family took in Bella's father Meester Bas Buldog, the retired teacher, Bella suggested that he help Charley with his math. The subject Charley was good at was history.[1][2]
