Tommy is a fictional character that is briefly mentioned in the book De Droom van Alfred Jodocus Kwak. He is the son of Bella Buldog and Marcel and has three other brothers. The family lives in Polderstad-Noord and takes in Charley's grandfather Meester Bas Buldog after he had retired.[1][2]

Personality
Tommy and his siblings are described as being a handful. Tommy is really struggling in school.[2]
Storyline
Tommy is the son of Bella Buldog and Marcel. As Marcel is usually out on his job as a sea captain, Tommy and his three brothers are mostly raised by Bella in Polderstad-Noord. When the family took in Bella's father Meester Bas Buldog, the retired teacher, Bella suggested that he help Tommy with his school subjects. Tommy had really been struggling with almost every subject, including Physical Education, to which Bas replied that he wouldn't be able to help him with.[1][2]
