"De wonderlijke avonturen van Alfred J. Kwak" (lit. 'The wonderful adventures of Alfred J. Kwak') is a series of Dutch children's books, each based on one or two episodes of the animated series released in the Netherlands between 1989 and 1991 in 3 series. The first two books were also released in Belgium in 1991. In 2003 "De olympiade" and "De zeeverkenners" were re-relaesed with different covers and "De olympiade" was renamed to "De wedstrijd". "
